Something is Missing And You Can Feel It.

Does your life look good on paper but you feel something essential is missing?

Have you lost connection to what gives life meaning—to something bigger than yourself?

Mind

You develop your MIND—your psyche, your emotional world, your intellect. You learn, create, process, strategize, problem-solve, articulate. You invest in understanding yourself, your patterns, and traumas. You invest in improving your mind.

Body

You take care of your BODY—your physical vessel, your longevity, your vitality. You move, train, rest, recover, nourish, optimize. You invest in understanding your biomarkers, your sleep cycles, and your physical limits. You invest in extending your body.

Spirit

Spirit

Neglect spirit, and the whole system suffers.

SPIRIT is the animating life force that connects you to meaning, purpose, and something bigger than yourself. It's the dimension that asks "Why?" beneath all your "What?" and "How?"

Every ancient tradition understood this: Greek philosophers called it pneuma. Hindu tradition called it prana. Chinese philosophy called it chi. Hebrew wisdom called it ruach. All of them knew that spirit isn't separate from mind and body—it flows through both, binding them into a complete human being.

And like your mind and body, spirit requires intentional cultivation.

Neglect spirit, and the whole system suffers. You become out of alignment—imbalanced— making decisions disconnected from a deeper and greater meaning.

All the THERAPY and COLD PLUNGES in the world can't fix a spirit that's been abandoned.

The solution to spiritual disconnection. isn't religion or committing to supernatural beliefs. It's developing a spiritual practice—intentional attention to meaning, values, and connection to something that transcends individuality.

That's what I help people build.

You Need All Three

As a humanist chaplain, I help people reconnect to the spiritual dimension of being human to become the complete version of themselves.

What I Do

D.S. Moss, Devin Moss

Chaplains are legally recognized clergy that provide spiritual care/guidance for the spiritual dimension of being human.

Unlike therapists or coaches, chaplains are care providers that help with meaning, purpose, connection, belief, and usher people through major life transitions.

With a Masters Degree in Leadership from Meadville Lombard Theological School, I am an endorsed humanist chaplain with Zen Buddhist influenced practice. My foundational belief is humanity, compassion, and the interconnectivity of all phenomena. No matter your religious or spiritual background, I'm here to guide you through your deepest questions—to help you find the constellation that makes sense of your search.

My approach focuses on these three elements of a spiritual life:
